Character - Description
Shaginai: proud, serious, hot-blooded, authoritarian and, as Seigi often says – “the moodiest Hikari of all time.” His temper is as infamous as his radical methods when it comes to the preservation of the Hikari’s pureness and their pride.
Though he hasn’t been dead for a long time - especially compared to other Hikari in the Beyond - he’s the doyen in almost all council boards, but also the one who loses his patience and raises his voice soonest. Ever since his daughter White is also a member of the council, there’s an open rivalry about the final say:
If these two Hikari start discussing a topic, it’s a hopeless venture for the other members of the council – they aren’t able to keep up with them. Only Adir is able to do just that: Not for nothing these three are known as the "Erhabenen Drei" (The Grand Three).
It’s hard to believe, but Shaginai’s tough appereance conceals a soft heart, which solely clings to his first daughter, Violet. Only towards her Shaginai acted outright and coltish, a fact which always importuned White a lot, because she was a mere military weapon for her father. Ever since Violet is comatose, Shaginai visits her on daily basis; that’s the only thing he does beside the council meetings.
